The Tide Has Turned…
Last week was no surprise as far as how Hillary winning, but it also wasn’t a suprise what would happen next. Since last week Obama has picked up many more Superdelegates and the tide has turned with Obama picking up 4 more Superdelegates today.
He now leads Hillary Clinton on Superdelegates where she once held a formidable lead, 270 to 160, on Super Tuesday.
With this lead, Obama Now leads on every single tangent in this race, and Hillary is still in it? Why? I keep talking about that, but it won’t end anytime soon because Hillary “must” win or loose – she will not cede the race until it is drop dead known she will loose. This will happen as more Superdelegate support Obama, and even more quickly as more Superdelegate switch from Clinton to him.

- Feb. 5: Clinton 260-170
- Feb. 28 (after Obama’s winning streak of 11-straight contests): Clinton 254-204
- March 6 (after OH/TX/RI/VT): 254-215
- March 14 (After Obama’s wins in WY 3/8; MS 3/11): Clinton 253-217
- March 31: Clinton 255-222
- April 15: Clinton 257-231
- April 23 (the day after the PA primary): Clinton 263-239
- April 30: Clinton 268-248
- May 5 (day before Indiana/NC primaries): Clinton 272.5-256
- May 12: Obama 279-276.5
So, why doesn’t Hillary Clinton bow out of the race just yet? Keep thinking about that and stay tuned.
