Obama is Closing in on Hillary… Pennsylvania
So it appears that Presidential hopeful and candidate extraordinaire, Senator Barack Obama, is gaining on Hillary for a potential win in Pennsylvania – crucial should I say.
A new Quinnipiac poll out today shows that Hillary is now 6 points ahead of Obama while she led by 11 points late last month, and a 9 point late last month.
Apparently Obama’s outspending Hillary so strongly that this is being attributed as contributing to the shift. If you ask me, however, I think people are just coming around to him in Pennsylvania much like many of us have jumped on his ride. Obama’s got that kind of pull and if he’s smart (spending the right money in the right place… TV Advertising…) then people will get his message, but better I think we need to begin clobbering some of the older constituents in Penn State with the message and get them off Hillary street.
With all the drumming around these past couple of weeks and with news about the candidates seemingly coming slowly – dirty news that is – things seem very quiet. Let’s see how long it lasts.
